The Edit is designed using the information you provide, so while it’s not a fully custom service, it is shaped to reflect your layout, goals, and style.

Once your answers are submitted, your Edit will be ready within two working days. Everything’s delivered in one clear package, ready to use.

The Edit follows Lucy’s design approach and process, but it’s created by me — Jasmine, your virtual design assistant. It’s a guided service, not a bespoke 1:1 experience.

The Homebird Edit is a guided design plan created by Jasmine, our virtual assistant — ideal if you need clear direction but want to keep things light-touch.
The E-Design service is more detailed and hands-on. It’s created by Lucy and includes extras like lighting plans, paint schedules, and space planning etc.

Good design doesn’t always need a site visit — it needs the right information. I work from your photos, videos, measurements, and layout notes to understand how your space flows, where the light hits, and what needs attention. It’s a remote process, but the detail goes deep — and no two plans are the same.

Once I’ve received all your details, you’ll usually get your full design within 2-3 weeks. That can vary slightly depending on how quickly we move through feedback — but I’ll keep you in the loop at every step.

You’ll get access to exclusive trade discounts from brands like Soho Home, Lick, Pooky, Tori Murphy, and more.
This means you can often offset a portion of your design fee — and furnish your space with higher-quality pieces for less. I’ll include all available savings in your design package, so everything’s easy to access and ready to order.

This is a fully bespoke experience — including in-person visits, concept development, sourcing, and project coordination. We’ll shape the space together, from initial ideas to final install.

I’m based in Lindfield, West Sussex, but I do travel for the right projects. Just get in touch to check if your location is within scope — or if travel fees may apply.

Yes. I can collaborate with your existing team to make sure the design vision is implemented smoothly. I can recommend my own tradesmen if needed.

This service includes design oversight, supplier coordination, and sourcing — but I don’t manage trades day-to-day. I’ll always be clear about what’s covered, and what’s better handled by your contractor or builder.

Timelines vary depending on the scale of the project, supplier lead times, and contractor availability. After our initial consultation, I’ll share a proposed schedule so you’ll always know what to expect.
